Jonas Dodoo is one of several highly respected coaches we are very fortune to have on the program to celebrate the half decade GHP anniversary. Jonas Dodoo is the Head Coach and Founder of Speed Works in London. Speed Works creates a unique environment that utilises a holistic approach to support health, efficiency and skill development of any athlete individually. Jonas coaching philosophy ‘Athlete Centred, Coach Led’ is based on established high performance training methods used, and his experience from the UK Athletics Apprentice Coach program for the 2012 London Olympics. Jonas professional coaching career began within elite rugby working with premiership teams including England internationals, Gloucester, London Irish and Bath Rugby Team. Jonas is perhaps best known for his involvement with Olympic long jump champion, Greg Rutherford and Chijindu Ujah, the third fastest Brit ever. Jonas has a masters degree in Sports Science; his thesis focusing on decision-making processes within high performance sports.
